I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely, stylishly furnished, and spacious, which is important to me as I spend the latter part of each evening in my room. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist us. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and everything we wanted to explore. The dining experience was delightful, offering a good selection of delicious meals. Overall, a great value for money with excellent amenities.

I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious with fantastic lighting, making it a true haven for relaxation. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location was ideal, close to both the sea and Metro station for easy access to all the wonders of Whitley Bay. The dining experience was delightful, especially the tasty breakfast. However, the only slight letdown was the dining menu variety. Overall, a wonderful experience worth every penny.

The service is delightful; the staff kindly assisted in storing our bikes and recommended a nice walk for us. The location is excellent, just a minute to the seafront and close to a good selection of restaurants. The dining options cater to even the fussiest of eaters like me. Although the facilities are good, the ongoing renovations might be a bit inconvenient.
